Serve Him With Commitment
Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth
with all your heart; " (1 Samuel 12: 24 ).
It pays to serve God with your life because there's a promise of
blessing for those who serve Him. Nobody ever serves God for
nothing, you blessed in your service to God. It's important to know
there's a prescribed order, when it comes to serving the God. Your life becomes full of joy, rest, prosperous and inspiring when you know
how to serve the God.You don't serve God based on what you think or assume is right, but according to His word as revealed in the Bible.

The Bible says " you shall serve the LORD your God, and He shall bless
your bread and your water, and He will take sickness away
from the midst of you, there shall nothing your young, nor be barren
the land, the number of your days He will fullfill "(Exodus 23:25-26).
The word serve is the Hebrew"abad (aw-bad)"; and means to worship or
serve with commitment, dedication, diligent, devotion, and faithfulness. It als means to serve with wholeheartedness and focus. In other words, you don't allow anything take His place. inrespective of what you see, hear or going through you, you maintain your focused and fixed your gaze on Him.

The great blessings of God are in the place of serving the Lord. The Bible says " you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and water..." the Hebrew word for bless here is "Barak"; it means to bless or prosper a source or hand works. The phrase "bread and water" is not just dealing with the food bread and the drinking water, it refers to a source for food and water or hand works. It refers to Deuteronomy 28 :12.In other words, God will see to it that you prosper, increase, and make progress through your service to Him. Then it says.."and I will take away sickness from the midst of you.." the Hebrew word for sickness is "chole" from the root word "chalah", it means affliction, diseases, sorrows and pains.
Vers 26 of thesame chapter says,..."there shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren in the land, the number of your days He will fullfill... "( Exodus 23 : 25-26 ). You see, those who serve God with commitment, dedication, diligent, devotion, and faithfulness are blessed. The works of their hands are blessed. Sickness and diseases and affliction and premature death is never their portion. They will not be barren. Productivity is their life style. Halleluyiah!
